Household survey:
In this survey, we will ask a sizable number of people in the settlements we are working in about the ways in which extreme weather events impacted their lives, especially in relation to healthcare, housing, hygiene, income etc. This survey intends to help fill existing data gaps on health impacts, community vulnerabilities and capacities, health service preparedness among others.
Healthcare facility tool:
Our tool will help assess vulnerabilities in healthcare facilities in the context of extreme weather events such as floods, and heatwaves. The tool will look at preparedness of different dimensions of health services such as health workforce, energy services, infrastructure, medical supplies, among others. These will be conducted in the healthcare facilities relevant in the communities we are working with.
